Hi, I'm Lara
I teach Pilates and yoga with a calm, focused approach. My classes are structured and intentional, designed to build strength, clarity, and ease in the body.
Movement has been part of my life from the very beginning. My mother has been a yoga and Pilates teacher for over 40 years, and inspired me to follow her footsteps.
I value simple movement, clear guidance, and an atmosphere that feels supportive and unrushed.
